What we are looking for:
Category Specialist
Location: Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcón) or Toledo (Novés), Spain
We are looking for a Category Specialist with an analytical profile and a project-oriented mindset, who will play a key role in connecting industrial operations, Sales, and Marketing in Spain with the global Category team in the U.S.
You will be a key figure in turning data into decisions, supporting strategic projects, and ensuring that the global vision translates into concrete actions in the local market.
Key responsibilities:
• Support and monitor local and global projects
• Translate analysis into business cases (impact, costs, benefits, priorities)
• Prepare presentations and communications
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports integrating business, operations, and finance
• Collaborate on market and performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Act as a liaison between factory, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Design, and Sales/Marketing teams
• Coordinate alignment with the Category Management team in the U.S.
